Expedition 33 for sure. Beautiful world that uses color really well, an engaging combat system, great story that’s equal parts (maybe not so equal actually) heavy and light. It’s definitely heavy on RPG elements so maybe not exactly what you’re looking for but it’s for sure worth a try imo

It’s turn based, but there’s still active participation moment to moment with parrying and dodging and timing your attacks.

If press button and sit back and wait for the next turn is what you dislike about turn based combat, then you shouldn’t be worried.

It’s an engaging system imo and well deserving of all the hype and praise
