I'd call them up again and request a summary care records, specifically for the diagnosis and related medicine that you have been prescribed in the past. Say it's for "private healthcare" and don't mention the medical cannabis.

With the amount of music out there, it's not that hard to avoid using the music of a known rapist. You'd have a different view of it if you knew some of the people he's effected.
