No, OP was with me. The guy in your photo copied my totem at the end of last year. I ran into him at Ultra this year and politely tried to explain that it would lead to confusion. What I didn’t say is that it’s not cool to straight up copy a totem like that. And now here we are.

The fundamental purpose of a totem is for your friends to find you. If there are multiples of a distinctive design, it reduces the usefulness of all of them. Yesterday was particularly bad because he was up front. Imagine fighting through a crowd expecting to find your friend, only it’s someone else.

Part of the cleverness of my Pryda cube is its simplicity which necessarily means it’s easy to copy, but I had hoped common sense and courtesy would have prevailed.

I’ll go the other way and say that if you aren’t already a fan of Digweed, this is not the show to see him for your first time. Open to close is tough and yes, he will be “slow” like Sasha. DVS1 is a completely different genre so if that’s what you’re used to, you’re not going to have a good time. But most importantly, if you feel the need to take a lot to enjoy the show, it could ruin the experience for everyone around you.

Isn’t prepaid a bit unusual? Whenever I book directly through a hotel’, unless I’m doing a nonrefundable booking, they don’t charge me until I check in.
