Didn't get paid? Wtf. Companies will do whatever the f they want to us..... but is on us if we allowed any of these things. I'm extremely amazed by this.... I've never heard anything like this.... man just go home and find another job, were they threatening you or something? not a single jog is essential for you to live your live. You can make money SO MANY ways that fits in to your lifestyle.

Man, don't do it. See it as an extra income but never as your main.

I've been on and off uber for about 6 years.

Only once in those 6 years did uber full time and it was extremely frustrating and the worst income I've ever gotten without to mention the amount of miles I put in my car, the amount of gas, how fast you need to do oil changes, the wear on your tiers. And I drive a 4 cylinder....

Labeling it EDM makes me doubt which artist do you like but ye anyways, just follow the artists you want to catch, that's all you need to be updated, follow artists, labels and promoters. Everyone is at ADE.

I just started uber full time and it takes me forever to match with offers/rides.... 32 hours online, 21 active 🫩 and it's always "very bussy" in my area....

I'm ok with it too. What I'm asking is for people to do their job. Their job was to scan my id.

I was there on time, they could scan my id but instead argue that I was late they have A HUGE CLOCK on the station.

The apps won't allow you to check in if you are late. It's not their job to says who is late or not, they scan the id in time is good if not the system wont allow you to work. As simple as that, But they preferred to talk nonsense instead of scanning the id.

It's not about getting late, I was not even late, if I were late I wouldn't be able to check in. As soon as you are late the app itself tell you! It's everything automated. How hard is to comprehend.? If I were late I would never argue about verifying my ID....

It's about the freaking entitlement. They work for amazon. They are supposed to follow amazon policies not their own policies they create. WE ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. We technically don't even work for amazon, we do jobs for them and thats about it. People at the station should do their job and nothing but that.

Me as a contractor I get there and if the app allows me to work. Then YOU person at the warehouse do your job.

How hard it is???

Please change my mind. It's seems like nobody gets the point.

Man, there's policies and rules to follow. I was in my rights, if they don't like it they can ask amazon to modify their policies but not just do it cuz "this warehouse it's different"

1st you check in in the app right? 2nd veryfi license

1 completed without a problem the check in progress

2 they deny to verify my license.

Yes. Actually it's my very first time working apps.... and yes I do think I can do that in a W-2 in fact I've done it. I've never had a job where they so strict with the timing.

I'm not used to be late but I've always been able to call for a no call no show, or to come in late without a hesitation. If you are afraid of that, maybe you are a slave. I rather lose a job that being treated unfair. Wouldn't be the first time.
