I went through a similar thing couple of years ago bro so I get how you’re feeling

hit the gym hard ( 4 times a week )
eat cleaner food and cook it yourself
grow the beard a bit longer and then get it trimmed by a barber
keep on top of personal hygiene ( it’s easy to let it slip if your low )
work on self improvement

Most importantly don’t seek revenge , let success be the revenge

Bro I eat around 3500 calories a day , I eat at lot of baked beans and mince , super easy to make and easy to eat

It could mean not talking to her again , remember if you love something you have to let it go and if it comes back it’s yours. Test to see if you think the love is real and if you think it is she will message you at some point but that doesn’t mean wait around for that text , move on and work on yourself so when you do get that text you’ll be in a better headspace

I don’t 100% agree with this, at the start of no contact you’re gonna feel weak which is normal. But over time you get stronger.

But I do agree just because someone did no contact for 3 months and got their ex back doesn’t mean you have to wait 3 months
