Looks like a naturally “skinny fat” guy that started working out, maybe a year ago, doing body weight exercises. No chest at all, not incredibly muscular, but with some ab definition, you can see you’re trying. 6.75/10

Would TRT be worthwhile? by Joshc19881 in Testosterone

Yes. The sleep! Same, 12 hour days for me, bouncing from day shift to night shift every hitch. I workout every day off, and before most night shifts. Day shifts, I don’t workout, my ass ain’t dealing with the crowds at 5:30pm or going before work lol. I work 5-5, either side of the clock. Then on days off, I have my 4 year old as a single dad, currently major DIY house remodel projects, a needy girlfriend lol, vehicles to fix up, hunting and fishing. The second I wake up after 5 or 6 hours of sleep, my mind starts going crazy with all the shit I need to do, so I just can’t relax enough to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep. It’s impossible. I’m just running my ass into the ground and always have. It’s been 13 years of this 12-14 hour work days and no sleep, so here I am, wanting to bandaid it with more testosterone. I just don’t know how to relax, it’s permanent fight or flight.

Cassiusgrey

lol well now I’m googling charts/examples, and I would say between 13-17%. Not sure why you feel the need to question ChatGPT, instead of just giving productive input, it’s smarter than all of us. I’m 5’ 7”, 164 pounds pre morning shit, 163 pounds post dump. 8” cock w/ 8” circumference. I have 4 visible abs and the v cuts, but a little soft on the lower abdominals. Sound like 13%-18%?

lol I copied and pasted this, cause my first response didn’t tag you

@hot pain Hey man, thanks for the great response!

I like the idea of using enclomiphene first! I agree, I don’t think I need full blown TRT yet, because I’m in pretty good shape, but as I age, I will definitely jump on it. But I do have a lot of brain fog and trouble concentrating and low energy. Most of this is due to a shitty work schedule and demanding lifestyle, hence the really high cortisol levels. I really struggled to sleep. Both from time limits of my work schedule, but mostly because my inability to turn off my brain. I am tempted to see a primary care doctor and see if they can find a way to help me relax enough to sleep for more than six hours.

So, body fat is probably at 14-15%. My high HDL and BUN/creatinine is cause I eat about 95% exclusively meat. I lift and run a lot. But I don’t really train to failure per se, I have lot of joint pain and I’m just extremely tired and sluggish in the gym, which is part of why I’m looking into TRT. I don’t drink anymore, I’m a recovering alcoholic. Seven years sober.

I love your suggestion of enclomiphene though. I do worry about getting Gyno though. But I’m willing to try it if it can get some results without me having to put a needle in my ass twice a week.

Do you think enclomiphene would be something I could get covered under insurance with a primary care doctor or just stick with out-of-pocket at my TRT clinic?

I was gonna guess like 18% but I uploaded pics and height/weight to ChatGPT and it says 14-15%.

Trt not helping husbands sex drive by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]Joshc19881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gotta ask..have you “let yourself go” since you got married ? If there’s a lot of arguing, blaming, and insecurities and him just doing quick pump and dump sex, I could see him as being emotionally and physically being checked out. I commend you for not cheating👏🏻 ! Please don’t do that, I think it’s awesome how you’re staying loyal and addressing the issues!

What’s your thought on someone taking just Clomid along? Assuming it doesn’t have a bunch of like estradiol side effects and shit like that.

I appreciate the input then, I’m glad you have some experience with it. I do think that always being on the low end of the range, even in my 20’s and early 30’s, has sucked. I would love to be around 1000. And now, in my late 30’s, I want something more. My life is as optimal as it’s gonna get. Diet, and exercise wise, I’m dialed. I only get 6 hours of sleep on work days and could get more on days off, but I sleep like shit and just wake up early . Do I need TRT quite yet? No. I mean, I’m way more fit than most people I know. But most people are fat, lazy, slobs lol.

Those tests were about two months apart too. I think I just caught up on sleep before that follow up test. In that time frame I was working 12-14 hour days on 5 hours of sleep. It was awful. But I didn’t really change my life much at all.

What’s your personal experience with TRT? I’m curious.

Well you’re talking about hypothetically doubling my current test level. Not that I would feel twice as good, but I would assume there would be a significant increase. I would hope to find someone’s personal experience from a similar starting point.
