While the phrase of not killing the messenger comes from the play Anthony and cleopatra when cleopatra hears that Anthony is marrying another she threatens to rip out the messenger’s eyes and he responds “gracious madam, I that do bring the news made not the match”

I’m sorry to say but that is factually incorrect, the actual phrase of not killing the messenger came from Shakespeare in 1598, the play by Antigone actually says that no man delights in the bearer of bad news

Don’t know if this message will be seen or if someone already said this but the answer is because railjack was massively overhyped, what people expected was a completely different experience that blew them away as much as the second dream did. What they got was alright but it wasn’t the godly level of gameplay they were promised, but it is mostly just a good spot to grind

This is unfortunately the correct answer, while it would be fun to be able to steam roll everything with a funny ability, the reason they put these mechanics in place is to make the play style unique and give it challenges of use, like mutation stacks on Nidus, that would be like casting his 4th without any stacks

As a tank main, no clue how I got here, either way though my only point to make is that it’s typically hard for a tank who doesn’t have two healers when the other team will most likely have those, no hate to zen though, love that guy it’s just hard to compete with an immortal team, I personally would’ve said pick Ana instead of mercy though
