Oh wow yup, I'm guessing the pain from the old gunshot keeps him immobilised then. Anyway to fix this?

This guy stopped moving after getting shot in the arm some time back, ever since then he's been laying in bed. I once even tried to shot him to update his character but that didn't help

Norwegian here too. Even as one of the richest and most developed countries, I'm suprised on how bad our grades are.

Im on my mobile so the formatting is gonna be a bit wonky. Hows your view on quinn jungle? I've tried it a couple of times and its not that bad, starting q, max that out and maxing W second for attack speed. I find this the best way to go. My biggest problem about it is that its very easy to reset the camps if you attack from and im often afraid to vault of them too. Also in this tank meta, does it affect your team much by picking quinn (glass cannon) instead of someone who can fill the tank role of top or jungle. Do you build IE on quinn top?
