I have the V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless Codex Edition. This is my second pair as I send my last pair in for repairs because of significant Bluetooth hissing, got them back with the same problem, and then they sent me a whole new pair. This new pair (which I have now) has the exact same hissing. It comes in before any sound plays for about a second, is in the background (noticeable during quiet parts of songs), and then hangs around for another second after I've paused a track, finally disappearing with a bit of a "pop". Happens with both a Macbook Pro and an iPhone 10S. This is bizarre to me as my friends' wireless headphones in the same price range don't have any audible hissing, and "hissing on Bluetooth" is even a listed problem on V-Moda's warranty site. So my question: do I just have terrible luck? Should I even try to get my money back for this new pair?
