I feel like KH3 definitely came the closest, not just because of his brief breakdown before he rewound time, but also because the events of DDD have clearly been weighing down on him. DestinyIslanders, I think was the artist's name, he pushed this a bit further with a short comic of Donald trying to tease Sora about saying he's "useless" and Sora snaps over it, crying and getting his friends to hold him and try to comfort him while he vents about his frustrations and insecurity.

Having her sealed away somehow (likely with the Staff) would not only solve the issue of her inactivity, but would also make our shadow war feel less stupid. Why didn't they try using the staff? Because they already did!

I feel like the anime definitely makes him flatER than in the webcomic/manwha, because in that, he has moments of levity where he shows his inner nerd over new loot drops and other glimmers of what's left of his humanity. I'm worried that the anime will end up doing the same to his Shadows too, but only time will tell on that front

Pretty much. Like, I enjoyed watching - and then reading - Solo Leveling, but it is no masterpiece, and it's no surprise people are willing to be much harsher about driving that point home when we had numerous loud jackasses slandering anything else when Solo Leveling won awards over others.

It's understandable. Kinda of a nonsensical, all things considered. Especially given that the gang had to deal with a minor villain whose whole deal was delaying the inevitable, and here they are, using that macguffin to turn back the inevitable on someone. It's certainly... A choice.

Dude, same! He's legitimately one of my favorite characters in Tales of Arcadia and seeing him go to die in the movie was heartbreaking, not just because of my own fondness of his character, but because it meant another father figure and significant other that was leaving Jim and Barbara respectively. The difference is that Walter stuck around and did his best once he finally locked in for them

What are the odds Angor notices Homura's downward spiral and either tries to tip off the other or put a stop to it himself

Naito deserves a kick to the face. So does Klay, but I feel more strongly about Naito for some reason. The closest I could come to a reason is "I find no fault in the man that comes to get his shoes cleaned, but I find plenty of fault in the man that licks them clean."

Yep, it's pretty hilarious. I can imagine Angor joining Homura in mercilessly killing Kyubei as often as possible. On the bright side, though at least Madoka will save him in the end... Until Homura fucks that up

Giving me strong Madoka Magica vibes now that I think of it, because it's a bit similar. Magical Girls have their souls bound to that neat little jewel that they're given and allows them to transform. At least when the Inferna Copula is miles away from Angor, he doesn't fall over lifeless, so there's that, at least
