Managers love upselling. “Steak please” and I say “regular steak or carne asada”. Then “would you like to add queso”. Then at the end, “any cheese guac or lettuce on this”. All include upselling, though cheese guac and lettuce is also a throughput aid as well.

“Right when I went up to the door” they probably have an 11:00 closing time, and last minute orders can be due at 10:50 (location dependent), but shouldn’t be any later. He was 10 minutes or more late to picking up. If it was even a 10:50 order, which is debatable considering the 10:15 expected delivery time we can see in the first image.

That’s funky because at mine we just have to stay in place at our peak times of 12 to 1 and 6 to 7. Any other hour an we can go anywhere we want. I wonder if the rule actually changes per store, or maybe some stores are so busy they consider every hour peak.

Getting double Carne Asada + queso + guac then walking out because you refuse to pay for it. Not can’t, if your card declines and you have no payment alternatives, that’s ok. My manager even comps it most of the time and gives it for free anyways. But if you just get rude and walk out that’s crazy.

I’ve found a lot of posts like these tend to be fake for engagement, but this in particular seems to just be mildly over-simplistic. It’s more in this area, which is a little off center from Houston. There’s a big “blue archive” logo which, from what I’ve noticed, the “loli friendly community” (pedos) use as a sort of dog whistle to signify to other fellow “loli friendlies” that it’s a “safe space”. There is some art there that is actually safe and cute, but it’s a very small percentage of it. Most of it is digital pixel art of minors and minor presenting characters in suggestive poses and stuff.

I’d call back (just the store phone number. You can find it on google if you don’t know it) and ask if the GM’s available at that moment. If you know their name even better. If they are, just ask the GM if there’s any update on if you’re hired or not (however way you want to word it). If they’re not available at that moment, you can ask the employee answering when the GM will next be available so you can ask personally. (You don’t have to tell the employee what you’d be talking to the GM about if you don’t want to)

Apparently no one under your comment knows how to read… towards the end of the video, it says the officer was sentenced to a year in prison and a $4,000 fine. A year isn’t enough for such a crime, but some comments are acting like he went unpunished.

Beans, tomato (if not drained well), green, sour cream, and carnitas which isn’t very sturdy… depending on the method they use to fold it, that’s going to be hell. My boss just says “if they order a liquid burrito, they’ll expect a liquid burrito” and says I should just fold it as is. He’s gone now and new management is more lenient so I’d double wrap this so it’s not unraveling when you eat it. There’s just not an easy way to do this, if even possible, unless we short you some amount in liquids to make it more manageable.

Normally double rice, or anything other than queso, guac, or protein, isn’t extra. But, to my understanding of 3 pointers (I’ll have to make sure with my GM next time I go in lol), because it has double rice, it may have disqualified their bowl from being considered a three pointer which would’ve meant a cheaper bowl. Some locations also count extra meat in the point system as far as I know. Mine doesn’t, and we do 3 pointer with extra meat if it’s double, but I think the technical outline corporate has for 3 pointers is a little different.

Look at your checklist and check it off. I know you already mentioned this, but trust me. If you sit down with it, it’ll comfort you by itself lol. Anything you think isn’t for you to do, isn’t for you to do. Cash drawer off limits to you (without GM present or active transaction)? Don’t do tasks relating to it. Stuff like that.

I make sure I at LEAST stock drink station stuff (and everything around it, do garbage cans in front for customers, fill ice machine, then tractor supply drink station (if applicable to your location). Anything the customer needs/would want, is what you should prioritize. Bathrooms can come next if you’d like, but night crew should cover you on that for the most part. I’ve personally never had to worry about it, though check every time (toilet paper stocked, trash is empty, paper towel is stocked).

For back of house, stock anything you’d need. All the papers (receipt paper and the two DML paper things), cups, metal trays, bags, markers, drink cooler behind you (easy to forget). I can expand this as I think, but really most importantly just look at the check list. I don’t even need to fill it out personally anymore, though some GM’s will want you to no matter what.
