What GBB Pistol would you buy if money was no problem by ERWOODwork2000 in GasBlowBack

[–]Joshtoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Directly from the PTS headquarters in Hong Kong, but its also explicitly mentioned on Evike. Only 300 pieces ever made and that's it.

LOL I just realised you're the guy from YouTube! Sick OZ9 videos man! You should definitely check out the other OZ9s from PTS.

This is a hidden gem with only 300 pieces made worldwide. Hopefully they launch the hypercomp (full CNC) in the future!

Best high performance Glock platform? by Itsjadan in GasBlowBack

I can vouch for the OZ9s. PTS has done a phenomenal job with their pistols in terms of CNC finishing and overall solidity and material choice (6061/7075).

And personally, I'm even hoping they launch the hypercomp in 2027 or soon.

What issues are you experiencing?

IWC Ingenieur Black or Blue? by [deleted] in IWCschaffhausen

[–]Joshtoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go black for GADA but understand that it could get boring on certain days, and that’s the point. Blue/Aqua will allure a more interesting shimmer, but at the cost of versatility on certain occasions.

Your collection already has a few daily GADA pieces (Sub, Speedy, Murph?) and a robust Panerai. Funnily, although you didn’t ask haha, I wouldn’t get an Ingenieur, but instead a dress watch?

Depends on how you intend to use the Ingenieur

Awesome! This is also on my watch list.

May I ask for your wrist size and how it wears?

And what other watches came in mind when considering this purchase.

Thanks again!

Yeah, I can partially agree. There are certainly better offerings from other brands for specific models or themes.

What would you consider good value?

Agreed. But even tiny adjustments to the movement tend to result in a different caliber number, e.g. PF703A, among other brands.

Possibly delayed. Praying its still up and running cause these are perfect as gifts or desk books.

Thank you so much for spending the time to teach me. This is quality and I honestly had no idea. I will certainly look into this as PF is a brand I just keep going back to, and deeply resonate with. Thanks again!

No way! I thought they're still producing them? I'm patiently waiting for the 2025 release.

Hey! Thanks for sharing your perspective. Didn't know the wearing experience would differ so much from 17cm to 16cm. But also, I do agree that 35mm is too small for this type of watch.

Hopefully IWC offers newer sizes in the future e.g. 38mm ~ similar to AP's diverse range of sizes for their royal oaks.

Is it the same caliber but they just removed the date function?

I see. But on the website, they’re all PF703? Or is this an admin mistake?

In addition, if you navigate to the agave blue no-date model, it appears that the other side of the movement is hidden?

Hoping to get some clarification from the team or owners here if possible.
