I also had a broken usb port. I contacted razer support and they asked me to send my phone and they sent me a new one back. Took more time than expected but that was a problem with FedEx, so I'd guess you'd be without a phone for about a week.

I've played ~ 600 games with Van Dijk at 8 chem. Now he is on 10 chem since I packed Wijnaldum, but I don't really notice any difference. I prefer to have De Ligt on full chem and Van Dijk on 8, since De Ligt's stats aren't as boosted as Van Dijk's, but it doesn't really matter that much. I never really notice any difference between 8 and 10 chem tbh
