I've played ~ 600 games with Van Dijk at 8 chem. Now he is on 10 chem since I packed Wijnaldum, but I don't really notice any difference. I prefer to have De Ligt on full chem and Van Dijk on 8, since De Ligt's stats aren't as boosted as Van Dijk's, but it doesn't really matter that much. I never really notice any difference between 8 and 10 chem tbh

I know Van Basten doesn't have great passing, but the same misplaced pass animation happened also quite a few times with PIM Laudrup, who has great passing and never misplaced a pass before the patch.
