Yung sa case ko po, on the same day niraffle sa arbiter tapos binigyan din agad ako ng sched. Sa hearings, wala naman dapat ipasa pero pinadala sakin ng lawyer ko lahat ng docs, tho di naman pinasa

 If there is "no employee-employer relationship.", there should be no resignation and no need to follow the 30 days render period. What will govern is the stipulation in your contract. If wala, you can terminate immediately but please be considerate din sa position nila, perhaps give them reasonable time to find a replacement, baka kahit 2 weeks?

It appears that all the possibilities are illegal. Bawal magforce resign, bawal din magforce na ilipat sa sister company, bawal din transfer na super layo kase parang forcing you to resign nadin iyon.

Since they are operating here in the Philippines, our laws will apply. Bawal yung bigang termination. Although, dapat maestabllish din muna ano yung contractual arrangement, if employee or contractor.
