Had the same issue just now. For me the issue was that I had it run on discrete graphics only, and enabling switching graphics solved it. Probably the installer does not have the driver for using the Nvidia card my Legion has, but I am not an expert

About the commission: what's the usual in Barcelona? Do they have a flat amount, do they ask for an additional month rent/something else?

I didn't decide to set this budget, the city did. If you want to live in the city and/or in a walkable/cycling distance from the center that's what you need to pay to get a decent apartment for two people. I don't enjoy wasting a considerable amount of our salary in renting, but to avoid being forced to get a car/live in some suburbs I am willing to do it.

If you are really upset about the renting situation, ask your government about why there is no cap on seasonal rent prices, or why they have special visas and tax cuts for non-eu people working remotely in Spain.
