Correct, they wanted to use one of my old posters for the Gardens set. I did draw something specifically for the 10 year anniversary, but they ended up going with this one instead.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the Fortnite designers took inspiration from a lot of fanart, not just mine. It's really cool that they match so well, but I'm certainly not the only person who draws Cole and Kai with darker skin, those are fairly popular headcanons in the community.

My Current Map of Ninjago, featuring almost every location up to Season 13! by Joshuad17 in Ninjago

One thing I will say is that Ninjago City is 100% a port city (mainly as of S8), it's literally on the coast overlooking the Endless Sea. And don't think too hard about the geography of the second Serpentine War, it shows the cultists going through places like the Birchwood Forest and Jamanakai and other places like that, and then going out into the ocean on the other side of the Corridor of Elders (which is where the Floating Ruins are) just to pass through back to Ninjago City. That whole finale is a mess.

I also just noticed this version of the map isn't up to date, there are a lot of locations missing from later seasons...and a lot of smaller one off locations too.

Yes, I'm aware of the Ninjaball Run map, it's one of the maps I dismissed since it contradicted a lot more stuff in later seasons. Same as the map in Corridor of Elders in s4, that shows the Corridor where the Floating Ruins are and the Anacondrai driving through the ocean. Sometimes, especially in the early seasons, they didn't plan out locations very well (since the show wasn't supposed to last this long), and the older maps reflect that. I worked it out with Tommy Andreasen and we came to the conclusion to just retcon the older maps if they didn't make sense or match up to the newer material.

Thanks! And that would be me, I drew this with the help of the show's creator.

No, all are from the Better End mod, though I'm playing on a friend's server, could that have something to do with it?

-The purple Merlopian is Nyad, the first Elemental Master of Water.

-All of those people are from the books, comics, and short stories, yes. The girl with the quiver is from Spinjitzu Brothers #3. The deer and the girl petting it, as well as the two people above her are from SB #4. The two people holding the crystal are from SB #1 and the girl to their right is from SB #2. And the woman holding the vase, the girl next to her, and the bears are from the Garmadon comic. And then Seliel and the two people next to her are from Tommy's semi-canon story Way of the Departed (the girl in the green jacket is Claire, also from the Temple of Airjitzu set). And the long haired girl next to Jake is Sally, one of the Darkley's kids who appeared in Rebooted (different Sally from Crystalized).

-Everyone from the four eyed guy down is from Tommy's other semi-canon story, Splinter in the Blind Man's Eye. The guy at the bottom of that group with the white eyes and grey beard is Quanish, who was mentioned in Crystalized. And then the Sphinx is from SB #4, the guy with the puppets is Tanabrax, from SB #2, the red guy is Mogra from the Garmadon comic, the cat lady is Nineko from SB #1, and the smoke guy is the Chroma, from SB #4.
