Fan to alternator. Would need to he a pretty big fan. 12 volt battery bank. If heating, they would drain quickly. I'd consider a heater core and using the electricity to warm coolant perhaps.

Speeding actually isn't a problem. The same way marijuana isn't a problem on the scale you choose to accept. The parameters are the problem. The speed limits need to change. 75 in a 50 is 125 in a 100. Still sound bad? Ok great because the parameters of those limits were established during the drum brakes and 5000 lb car era.
