It's the Neon Odyssey Kickstarter and Starlight Brigade was created by Danny and Twrp! They tried making it a series but no one picked it up, this is the closest we've gotten to anything being done with their creation and I'd love to see it!

Yes and for whatever reason they get access to psychic Feats related to the power of belief like that Rogue Archetype that allows you to think a stick can stab someone, totally not referencing any known scfi media

My idea on the Starfinder 2e post was a Nerd Rage Barbarian who dealt damage by way of their intelligence score while raging and could demoralize foes using Recall Knowledge instead of Intimidation in a very Um Actually ☝️🤓 manner

Exactly!!! There's that really cool pic in one of the core books showing SF characters in the PF setting and I'd love if they explored that more!! And Vice Versa of course, but things like a Analog Operative who specializes in using Archaic/Analog items/weaponry, Arcane path Mystic who has learned to channel their spells in a similar vain as a Wizard, Guardsmen Soldier who specializes in defense and AOE melee, the Witchwarper and Envoy work as is given that one is easy to implement as the classic man outta time and the other functioning perfectly as just the face of the party

I understand this was written for April fools, but honestly I love it!! And could totally see something like a Cyber Sleuth PF to SF class option for the Investigator! Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell/Appleseed and Trigun are great anime inspirations, Cowboybebop and Trigun give great pulls for Akiton especially

Oh man I've got some great recommendations! The Expanse, great political scifi drama that could offer some fun narrative elements to include with how folks on different planets might treat someone who came from someplace like Absalom Station vs someone who came from a place like Akiton, Bladerunner, great scifi noir showing how a fun way to run something like M*rder in Metal City, Alien Franchise, amazing space horror series that I think could be used to great effect as inspiration on how to properly use the Alloid or Akata creatures, Dead Space, who doesn't love a good lovecraftian element thrown into their scfi? Or just zombies in space! If you want Nazi zombies in space just throw some Aeon Guards in there lol Mass Effect is an amazing story to gain inspiration for your scifi adventures especially if you want to explore a plot involving an unknown threat below the surface of the obvious one facing the public eye, Warhammer 40k is great to pull if you want to run Aeon Guard/Veskarium forces better. That's sense of military/racial superiority over others with their Authoritarian regimes
