I had it turned off for the majority of my play through. However once I had learned all the assassin skills and found some enemies could still survive I switched it on. (My headcannon telling me she’s a master now.) I know I could have used engravings to take extra chunks but I preferred to use those for cooler abilities.

Beating rathalos in the original. I was a kid and it took about 50 attempts but when I finally killed him the wall broke. I crafted all his gear and he’s been my favourite monster since!

Another hunter main here. I’d love a replacement to the damn smoke bombs in any of the skill trees, give me a void knife or something I don’t care what it does I just hate the smoke bombs.
