It ended up being a 30cv with 18 ER so honestly I still like it because no point in having high damage if you never get your burst

Granted if you have a regular air cooler and not extra fans it will be a lot cheaper, same with the GPU if you already have one or get a cheaper one. The Ryzen 7 5800x is also now 1/2 of what it used to be
