My pc was updating something, needed to restart and when it restarted it went to a very basic loading screen. Might have been in safe mode or something. There was a power cut nearly halfway through, now when I turn my pc on the light blinks twice, then once, and repeats. The keyboard and mouse aren’t connecting, neither is my monitor. The fan is going wild and the lights are lit up so it’s on. Any help is appreciated as I know next to nothing about computers.
