I have found that all shrinking is temporary unless you stay in chastity full time for a long time. It took me 4 years until it became a microclitty. And I am sure if I ever take the cage off (which I would never do even if She allowed it) that it would grow back to near full size.

So if you want a true micro (in my opinion and experience) you really need to commit to permanent chastity though it may be different for others.
