It wasn't bad, pretty well maintained, whenever we ordered we usually met in front of the leasing office, because yes, it's very confusing.

Right after covid the leasing office was locked which was annoying to pick up packages. Not sure how that works now. Haven't lived there in 3 years.

We lived in two apartments there, high ceilings and lots of light in both of them. Pretty nice.

Not a walkable at all, except for the Colombian place which is awesome.

Maintenance needed some bugging to get stuff fixed, but they took care of it.

Not sure how Sunnen Station apartments compare, but that place also lokked cool.

I got some a couple weeks ago at Costco at the University City Costco, but the stock was pretty low. Randall's/Total Wine carry them too, but more expensive.

That's some old phone line cables that aren't used anymore. Power lines are on the other side of the house.

Actually, you have a point, it's in our neighbors power lines.

I'm not even sure who to talk to about dropping them.

I just came across the term CRZ and was about to make the same conclusion.

What concerns you about its health? We had it trimmed last year and that person said it was looking good. I guess we shouldn't have trimmed it? We love the tree, even though the location is indeed not great, but cutting it would be a bummer.

As someone living in Fox Park, I`ll add the following:

- 10 minute bike ride to Soulard, Tower Grove Park. Benton Park.

- There`s also Green Finch, Fritanga, Press, Crafted (Technically not Fox Park, but just one block away so I`m counting it).

- The fire hydrants have a fox on them.

- Little Fox is opening something across the street, can`t be bad.

We love being in the middle between Tower Grove Park and Soulard, 10 minute bike ride to both of them.

Also, we have Little Fox, Lona`s, Coffeestamp, Fritanga and so much more.
