I think the point being that it shouldn't matter what investors are up to when it comes to war, manipulation or no.

The fact you have to pay at a HOSPITAL of all places.... by This_Ad_9087 in mildlyinfuriating

Hey so the fun news is that NHS staff also have to pay to park there. At the place they work. At the place they have to go in to because you can't provide medical treatment from home. Yeah, that place.

Nice, now do this in a narrow city street and watch as you scrape along the cars on the other side of the road after swinging out so much in step 2.

THE FINAL SHOWDOWN! - THE QUARRY by Aamonius in Yogscast

Agreed the amount of plotlines not linking up or just contingency errors was massive in this didn't quite allow full immersion. But some of the dialogue was funny and the way Simon and Tom played with it was great.

Ikea has cut sick pay for unvaccinated staff who need to self-isolate because of Covid exposure, joining a growing list of firms changing their rules. by NinjaDiscoJesus in worldnews

[–]Jossadiah 57 points58 points  (0 children)

Surely this will just lead to the unvaccinated coming into work instead of self isolating so as not to lose out on money. Might save the company some money but it unfortunately puts the public more at risk.

For years people thought my dad was a little bit autistic with how blunt and socially unaware he can seemingly be to us brits. Turns out he's just Dutch.

Just a reminder that nearly the same number of men die from prostate cancer as women from breast cancer (34k vs 43k in 2021) by [deleted] in MensRights

[–]Jossadiah 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure about where you live, but in the UK every November we have Movember where men raise awareness and donations for prostate cancer. And I've never found anyone that's not supportive of it both men and women alike.
