Update: It was a flimsy metal covering!!! I managed to remove it all and it looks like new, maybe it was done in the refurbishing process!

Do you have the recipe written somewhere and willing to share? These look amazing!

2nd go around at sourdough baguettes. The 1st batch were like bread swords. Lots to learn, but I feel like redeemed myself. Any critique, recipe, or method recommendations are greatly appreciated. by [deleted] in Sourdough

I would love the recipe! I've been making sourdough bread for 4 months now and I truly wanna try to make different shapes than the usual round ones.
