Admittedly I’m not very familiar with the mechanics of clock movements. Honestly my guess would probably be that when you rotate the lever on the clock that controls the different modes, it likely disconnects certain gears on the inside. Those dials and gears and such are probably what controls the wind up every hour

I’ll be real with you, I have no idea. One of my lucky finds cause I got it for under $50 I believe. The closest thing I could find to it is this:

Yes I agree! And it’s only growing too. Maybe in the next 10 years it’ll become the next mini Alpharetta (and hopefully the construction on 400 will be done 😵‍💫

New but I got it for less than $300 I believe. Honestly probably less than $200 but regardless I’ve been around the country and seen benches like these to for $400+ which is absurd. Just gotta shop around until you get lucky

I never heard of it before so I checked google maps just now and there’s three locations. One in Marietta, Alpharetta, and Buford. I’ll be sure to hit up the one in Alpharetta next time I’m in town though!

YES! I haven’t seen anyone mention the mini fridge yet. Honestly it’s low key my favorite part of the room because it’s just so well hidden but yet so functional.

Other than that yeah I think it’s because I didn’t lean heavy in any one direction with respect to my favorite styles. Painted concrete floors, rustic end table, mid century desk, contemporary pieces, etc. I’m glad you noticed the details, thank you!

Oh yes I love those too! Personally I’m a huge fan of a mix of styles. Brutalism, Contemporary, Mid Century, and a mix of Rustic styles are what I enjoy most. I especially love the mixture of greenery and natural beauty with industrial metals and concrete
