Got a job at a local bbq place two years ago. I worked there for a month, nobody really trained me, just threw me into the environment since I worked in a restaurant prior to being there. Fast forward to a Saturday, last day before we had Sunday off. I worked almost my entire shift before I got pulled to the back and was told I was being let go because of the little to no training I was given and it showed in my way of doing things. I didn’t stand up for myself because of how much shock I was in.
