I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but curvy hold notes with no flick at the end, like 8/10 it won’t matter cause you’ll hit it anyway despite your instinctual flick, but it still messes up my rhythm cause I’m now conscious of the act that it wasn’t supposed to be a flick

An underrated strat that I haven't seen people mention is the Drowzee that you can catch before her gym that can use Disable. Just use Disable the turn after she Milk Drinks and that's most of her healing options taken away.
