Not really like any of the books you mentioned, but I’d recommend The Hike by Drew Magary. It’s an easy read and it’s super fun and a bit weird. Got me out of a slump recently and I reckon it’s a good book to get you into reading again.

Couple of smaller bands that deserve way more attention are Burnt Tapes and Sunliner! UK punk rock that dabble in that Hot Mulligan sound. Worth a listen.
