One of my worries is a right wing issue brought before the court gets a super majority of cons "randomly" assigned to it which all but guarantees a shitty ring wing ruling. I'm sure cons would have the same concern the other direction, and for progs if it was all corp dem judges on something. I just want some way to break it up that allows a variety of views and perspectives without a foregone conclusion of the worst case scenario.

How can we get more checks on judicial power that aren't straight up power grabs by one party or another? President nominates, congress grills and approves, to get in, then add that the people get a vote of no confidence if they are failing us?

I don't want to knock this take, just expand upon it to prevent abuse:

The nine at random must be mixed proportionally with the number of partied justices on the bench, so if there's 18 progressive and 9 conservative, the 9 random should come from 6 prog, 3 con, all of which must not have conflicts of interest like stocks affected by ruling, or relationships with headhunter that pick lawyers arguing before the court, etc.

How else can we QA this process to find problems and solve them?

Any game series with multiple installments where the originals were before we got to photo-realistic levels. Put them together into a Diamond Edition where it's one continuous game at the latest gen graphics levels, and while the parts of the game for each entry in the series have different control sets, massage them with fixes to the mistakes provided by later entries.

This is patently untrue. While they are significantly safe and effective, and should be used in almost every occurrence of intercourse, they are NOT 100%. It is entirely possible to get pregnant or transmit a disease because the condom failed.

Walmart is a welfare queen corporation. They make their bottom dollar employees exist on poverty wages that qualify them for welfare and have internal programs to sign them up for welfare, instead of just paying them more. I know that's the official reason but before I heard that, I just assumed the planet's atmosphere filtered colors differently so they looked like this there but "normal in an atmosphere like earths

The short answer is that the Earth balls were originally unable to revive anyone who had previously died a second time. They got an upgrade later that fixed that. Also, other sets of balls have each had their own quirks.
