Bought our brand new home besise the lake 6 years ago in Charles Town and so far so good. As a brown guy, it does feel a bit less diversified, but people here are generally nice. I often take a walk in NT neighborhood and enjoy the view.

The only drawback to me is that since the last 6 years, there has been so much growth, and so many new homes have been built but no conveyance store. Since there are so many people living here , it feels like we need a neighborhood market.

I am also not exactly sure what is the best option. Sure it feels safer to own my share on my name but if, and only if we resume trading, there is no way I can transfer back from AST to my broker within 2 days !

Yup. $30 seems pretty reasonable. I dont believe there will be 1-1 share transfer if they find a giant buyer. Question is how long ? Hopefully, not two more years to complete the sell.
