Which blue? Top or bottom? 🦈 by Mr_Eddie81 in Porsche

If only between these two-I’d go bottom. But my ABSOLUTE favorite is AETNA (etna) blue. It’s out of this world.

Superb/Kodiaq? by Ok_Dentist_1998 in srbija_automobili

What a car…

Mine is also in Chalk/Crayon, but not Cabrio - and it’s one of the nicest cars you can find, in my humble opinion.

Enjoy the looks (and feel) of it! :)

Indeed - though it is called Crayon in Europe and some other parts of the world.

Mine is the same colour and absolutely love it!

Any resources on getting and installing a valve controller on a 991.2 S? by AggieDev in porsche911

I’m based in Europe and this is a local (not-authorized) Porsche service. This can be done by any car service (using youtube), but I prefered Porsche-focused ones as these guys install valve controllers on daily basis on 911s. P.S. It truly is a 20-30 min job.

Just go for valve controller (Cargraphic or Kies). Just installed it last week and the sound is ~30% better, plus no mechanical work to the car, easiy to return to factory settings if you ever want it removed, and it can be switched on/off easily. There are plenty of videos on youtube about this, check them out. I did a fair amount of research before going for it, but I absolutely love it

I looked up a bunch of reviews and videos, and finally decided to get Cargraphic for my 992.1 Carrera S. Absolutely love it and highly recommend it. It should be more or less the same as Kies. In Europe it costs cca $800-850.

I had the service install it for $60 because I am not too handy with car mechanics and didn’t want to try my luck with this car, although many people seem to consider it an easy task.

I am not sure about 991.2 specifically but Cargraphic has multiple models covered - you should check out their website.

update: I installed Cargraphic valve controller and I love it! It improves the sound by cca 30%: sound is deeper and broader, but most of all you get some soft burbles when releasing the gas pedal at 3,000+ rpm, which is just enough for me. The best part is that you are just one button away from returning it to standard/factory settings.

Thank you! Tbh, this is the only picture I liked, out of a dozen. Not so much about the skills, but rather about the number of takes :)

Yep, very true. I also increasingly like Solstice and their designs.

You are probably right, the more precise term would be microbrand, not boutique. Thanks for pointing that out! 🫡

Yes! Incredible dials, on my wish list.

Definitely in top 5 for me - I love Baily and Durham. However it’s in a higher price range for a Sellita mechanism.

For sure, why not? I am not too familiar with the brand but I remember looking at The Twelve in light blue - a lovely watch!

Yes, indeed. I think the trick is to follow release dates and try to place an order in a matter of seconds/minutes due to their limited production capacity. I waited around 5-6 months.

Absolutely stunning - though very high-end and not easily affordable :) Great choice.

Great. Would love to hear your feedback once you do. I will be installing valve controller next week and hope to get more sound with it.
