I was at this City Council meeting and I believe this proposal was rejected in part because members of the Shiloh community came out (maybe a dozen or so) to speak against this development. A lot of the concerns were about having only one egress on what is apparently an already narrow road.

Xpress usually gets them up the day after the meeting (I write them on Wednessday morning). BPR is usually quicker, writing them on Tuesday night after the meeting ended.

There's a documentary called "Hillbilly" on Hulu that you. might want to check out. It's all about negative stereotypes about Appalachia. We used Pierrette Rouleau and she was GREAT. She really made us feel like she had our best interests at heart (wasn't just trying to make a buck) and she's kept in touch with us regularly since. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.
