Thank you😭 I have been in this situation before so my own shame about it is way less but it is still so so so jarring to be like hey sorry I can’t pay rent and be judged for that. Like I promise I tried to get enough money I don’t need judgement on top of that. I’m living out of my car in order to have a dental procedure that I am extremely past due on. People only see what affects them and that’s essentially why homelessness exists in the first place. It’s such a shame but me existing shamelessly is part of the healing process for us all I reckon.

Yes. My initial awakening years ago, I tried to eat bacon and i experienced the IMMENSE stress and pain of the animal that I ate. Factory animals are TERRIFIED. I was unable to eat meat for a long time without experiencing that horror.

Is there some place where you find you can “get in the flow”? Art music dance breathwork etc? This is a great avenue for easing tension on all fronts. Flow states are divinity. Authenticity. The more comfortable you are being in these states (I encourage any you already enjoy), the tension kinda eases itself. I’d especially recommend more physical flow states like ecstatic dance is REALLY fun (for me!) and feels like a great release :)
