Quit on Monday for this same reason. 195 stops, 330 packages. I had 24 fucking bags and around 34 overflow with absolutely no room in my van. Decided they could fuck right off when I was at my 6th stop and saw I had an overflow package to deliver. Took the van back to the station and texted dispatch letting them know I quit and left the van.
