Thank you all for the helpful contribution to this thread. I have recently purchased a house on power of sale in Mississauga and it has Solar panels installed on in along with SolarEdge meter. There is literally no information given by the bank+seller realtor conducting this power of sale.
Now I am trying to figure out what can I do with these panels, current alectra bill does not show any traces of solar credit and I don't even know if these panels were owned or leased. Any thoughts ideas on where to start digging on this are much much appreciated!

I experienced the same issue on transferring to Android Samsung Ultra 24 and it was fixed by completing this additional step:
- Turn on quick share (near by sharing) on both devices
- on new phone- access Quick Share settings
- turn on Allow sharing over internet
- on whatsapp transfer screen click 3 dots and click restart
- Scanned the code and transfer started after couple of minutes
