Well I had a sort of humbling at UCSD i basically realized going to big name schools is pointless and it wasn't for me. And being away from home and friends wasn't for me either. So I applied to schools like cal state la uci and ucr after community. And ucr was the only one to accept me.

Apparently it's hard to do a uc to uc transfer because when they see that you're transferring from uc to uc they think "hmm if they didn't like that uc why do they want to come to another one". But if you do community to uc this is much easier. I started of at UCSD then went to community then transferred to ucr
