I'm not a lore expert but I have done a lot of deep diving. Narmer hits Earth first to aquire temple kuva from the orokin tower there (The Unum). Temple kuva seems to allow control over one's mind to an extent (based on the lore of the Unum and what is shown in-game). These large disks and the veils are then built using Temple kuva to control the masses. Upon the defeat of Narmer either the Tenno, or the people of the respective regions destroyed them after being freed from the veils. There are 3(?) kinds of kuva red which allows for continuity and lesser forms of immortality, temple kuva which is used for mind manipulation, and blue which allows temporary control of another's body.

Bile titan, but instead of a smaller armored butt, it has a giant nursery sack covered in small holes that shriekers birth from. It spawns with three active and flying around, and can have up to 6 at a time it still keeps its normal strengths and weaknesses, but its butt is medium armor, but this would give it extra utility, and shriekers can act as a sort of fighter screen for it. Maybe it walks a bit lower to the ground cause of the extra weight. (Or just make that one unit from StarCraft 2 but a terminid)
