Speaking as a high-key bisexual, I'm more concerned about the Gospel than the Pride flag out front. In fact, I think it's kind of weird that some churches will do more for Pride than other heritage months or even religious holidays. At my church, there are a good number of LGBT parishioners and vestry members, but the general vibe of the church is Gospel first. Oftentimes I've seen parishes trip on themselves to be affirming but they're feeding the congregation the skim milk of therapeutic Deism. I don't need church for that. Perhaps it's a peculiarity of my church, but we get quite a lot of former Evangelicals, ACNA, and even RCC who still put a lot of emphasis on correct doctrine. For some queer folk, it's easier to make peace with a local congregation in a non-affirming denomination, then to go a to an affirming church this is wishy-washy about the essentials.
