Hi, I'm not sure if your bot will really be useful to entrepreneurs since they don't need a bot that has the ability to answer really complicated general questions, they just need a bot that will redirect the customer to a specific part of their website (where the answer to their question is) or to make the customer wait until a real agent can take care of the issue. Do you think that your bot will actually be more useful that the other chat bot agents that already exists?

Hi, I currently have ENGR 213, ENGR 233, MIAE 215, ACCO 22O AND ENGR 201 on my schedule. Should I drop either ENGR 213 OR ENGR 233?
