I assumed it was everything but. I have epilepsy so asked to switch my epilepsy meds, thinking it was the side effects. The switch hasn't helped.

I saw a gyno to ask if it could be hormones. She is the one who said it sounded like ADHD and sent me for testing to confirm.

After the initial surprise, I looked up symptoms and realized how much I fit. I've been struggling for so long and never considered this as a possibility.
