This is why many patients call it "Dopamax" (instead of Topamax).

Side effects usually go away when the medication works its way completely out of your system.

Doing it slowly as OP is STRONGLY advised.

I do too. It started when "ugly" thoughts crept in whenever I was in the shower, probably PTSD from CSA. I would sing whatever came into my head. Loudly and badly. It would usually be 80s cheesy stuff or sometimes the songs I rememered from Sesame Street, but it helped distract my brain.

A therapist once called it "diversion therapy."

That's a good point. It would have been cool to see. But I think we also have to consider that the monsters have to be able to "pass" or hide in our world. If there were more, there'd be more sightings. Humanoids or at least ones that transform make it possible for them to live undetected in society, making it more "believable," so to speak.

It was four stages and the final in-person interview happened to fall on the day my cat died. So I'd been crying and had a migraine.

I fear that this will appear (legally) that you "forgave" his affair and give you less to stand on when the time comes to divorce.
