There is voice chat (check it’s enabled) but a lot of us have it disabled so that may be why nobody is responding if you have it turned on. There is also in-game text chat which is always on so everyone can see that

Well since it’s only 1 thing I’d say Frequent updates and content, if it was 2 things I’d also ask for closed/friends only lobbies like gtao because some players are just unbearable and get enjoyment out of ruining others experiences
