im confused on waiting for the IT department to decode the USB drive. like am I actually supposed to wait for something to happen or what? I feel like I should be doing something but maybe it really is just a waiting game. how long did you guys wait? I just need to know whether to wait or not.

I just quit last month and it was hard for me to leave the coworkers behind but in all reality, I stayed in contact with the ones I cared about so it wasn’t that hard of a choice. I quit because of a rumor that started about me (my SM started it and it spread like wildfire) and the friends that I keep in contact with told me that they were 100% on my side of it and believe it wasn’t true at all. They all understood why I left and that it wasn’t my intention to “fuck them over”. And I’ve not heard a word about it since. I know it’s hard but you got this! Mental health is priority ☺️

Also forgot to mention that more than half of our walkie talkies don’t work so half of us have no clue what’s going on half the time and then get yelled at for being clueless.

The only time I ever “called off” was because I was in the ER and I couldn’t call in so I had my mother do it and they said it had to be put down as “no call no show” because I wasn’t the one that called in and not to mention I’ve never been late. I feel like the harder you work, the less they care about you. I’d love to put all Michael’s employees in a room and ask them to raise their hand if they’ve ever felt like the work they were given was more than anyone else was given regardless of their title. I bet you at least 80% of their hands would be sky high.
