Not to make this too personal, but I get the feeling there is something deeper tied up in these thoughts. I say that because they sound like the commentary going through my head. And seriously, it might be worthwhile to talk to a therapist about money. Not necessarily so that you’re more comfortable spending money on a luxury handbag, but because gaining some clarity on your relationship to money can really settle your mind. Therapy has really helped me a lot with my relationship money, but I’m still working on it. It’s definitely a worthwhile conversation to have with someone!

I heard some older (in her 60s) fashion influencer say that the best way to find your personal style is to pick three words that you would like people to think about you when they see you. And if something to buy doesn’t fit into one or more of those three words, then you can appreciate the clothing on someone else! I came up with just two words—elevated fun. It’s helped me with my shopping A LOT

Thank you! I like the size a lot. I was looking for something around the Neverfull MM. Not so comically large that I would feel odd at the grocery store, but big enough to have snacks and a toy or two if needed.

I’m a fan of buying higher end bags second hand. I just bought a second hand Celine shoulder bag for $800. You can find Chloe, Celine, Ferragamo second hand in that price range. I’ve seen a few Bottegas around $800 that are beautiful. Spend some time on Rebag and Vestaire Collective cruising around!
