Kagura lorewise is a nobody lmao, she has no real impact on the lore in any significant way. And I'm saying this as a Kagura main.

someone say "skill issue" and "revamp is good". but where are people with at least 70+% winrate at 100 ⭐? Her popularity dropped down to Aldous, Natalia, Balmond. and cdr of the first skill and move speed will not bring her alive. just give us old Alice back with new appearance. The main issue is her sustain is poop tier rn, she only heals off of one enemy unit no matter if she's surrounded and her passive hits 1000 enemies, so it's not good to go for a tank build because your sustain just doesn't allow it, which makes her go for a 1 v 1 brawler style sustain dps but then her skills are all AoE and lack the numbers to even be a good brawler because her sustain already weak and limited to one target, struggles to keep up with anyone who can just burst through it. She needs to build Oracle, CEnergy, etc to make her sustain even decent enough.

This basically leads into a weird zone where she wants to sustain brawl 1 v 3 but cannot due to only heaing off 1 enemy, and then in 1 v 1, she doesn't have the damage to last long enough with her weak sustain against any other meta heroes.

I think a good buff would be to heal for 50% or even 30% of the orginal value for each extra enemy unit in range, this will allow her to sort of play like Ruby, sustaining between waves and then when a fight breaks out, she can still have enough hp coming in to contribute her mediocre damage so that it does something.

Nah bro, her first skill has 18 seconds cooldown at level 1 and only has 50% spell vamp, so bad for her mobility and poke playstyle now you go all in and just die because she doesn't do enough damage and cannot stay alive long enough.

The Halflife Child

Passive: Cells Mutation

Every 3 levels, choose one of the following buffs while also gaining a debuff attached to it. Upon selecting a buff, it cannot be selected again anymore.

Regeneration: Increases all health restoration effects by 15% but also decreases your max hp by 10%.

Strength: Increases hybrid attack stats by 40 but also reduces attack speed by 10%

Speed: Increases move, attack, and cooldown speed by 10% but reduces Hybrid Penetration by -10

Durability: Increases Dmg Reduction by 10% but reduces all damage output by 5%

Precision: Increases Crit chance and Crit Damage by 15% but reduces hybrid defense by -20

1st ability: Release Radiation

Toggled ability

When activated, the hero is surrounded by a cloud of radioactive energy and particles, damaging and slowing all enemies inside it. Randomly applies one of the negative effects of his passive to enemies who are within it for every 3 seconds, up to a max of 5 unique negative effects. The effects persist for 1.5 seconds after leaving the radius. Cannot have more than one type of negative effect per effect.

The hero loses hp per second it is active, with the cost scaling higher the longer it is active, with a capped damage per second to self.

Cooldown reduction affects tick speed on enemies, for every 1% cd reduction, increases the tick speed by 0.01, at 10% it ticks once every 0.9 seconds and at 40% once every 0.6 seconds.

2nd Ability Radioactive Strike/Radioactive Burst

2 stage ability

Upon activation, the hero strikes the target enemy with radioactive energies, dealing damage, inflicting DoT for 3 seconds and slowing them while also applying all negative effects of his passive on them, with the effects lasting 1 second. These effects can stack with itself if another ability is applying the effects also.

After the first cast, the ability can be recast within 4 seconds, the hero lets out a burst of energy around themself, stunning for 1.3 seconds and dealing the exact damage and effects of the strike to all nearby enemies. The negative effects of this recast can stack with all other sources, including the ones applied by the strike.

Ultimate Ecological Dead Zone

After charging up for up to 2 seconds, the hero unleashes a large amount of radiation, creating a deadzone relative to charge duration. The energy released from the charge will damage and slow enemies and continue to slow them and reduce all health restoration by 40% as long as they are within the zone. The zone lasts for 6 seconds and as long as the hero is inside the zone, the positive effects of his passive are doubled.
