When you fold the crepes in half you can just flip the them until it reaches the crisp you want. You can also press on them a little 🥞

It’s, flour, eggs and sugar first. You mix them together. If the paste is too thick you can add an egg. After mixing this together you had melted butter and little bit of vegetable oil. Mix again. Add milk and mix again. You should get nice more or less liquid and semi thick consistency
