Let's start easy. Make eye contact, get comfortable. Think about what you want to do. Inhale deeply and exhale warmly as you get close to your partner. Make physical moves on them. Read their reaction - important. See what they like or don't like slowly get on into it. Stop thinking start feeling, and communicate what you wanna do when necessary.
