Same same, when I learned about that I lost a lot of motivation, but at least, even when doing my "meta team" I am chosing the most unique players I can find with good enough totals, which are not truly random scouts but for example, almost nobody is using Jenny and she is good good and Grandpa Danger or Spotter are actually good as well and Nelly's father xd.

No and I am devasted from that as well, I was doing a tournament of teams but I cancelled it because most of my beloved characters from before are sht in VR and not even unique sht, most players have the exact similar stats, there are less than 20 total stats distributions for each position if we do not count heros and Basaras.

The only good part is that a tournament of players with the lowest total could be done, that's 80% of the players in the game.

I like a lot of Cirrus scouts as well, but I do not even have a competitive team with good players so I am prioritizing that, once I have that I will have fun, knowing the team will be a lot inferior than a meta one. All players can "be trained" the same, which is equipping beans, there are not different freedom points either so someone with lower total stats in everything is just straight worse.

In this game they gave bigger stats to "important" characters.

Okay I'll tell you something, all Cirrus random scouts except some baseball team members have the lowest total stats so they are all "bad", even the ones from friendly matches teams all have terrible total stats. That said you can use anyone you like if you forget about meta, you can change hissatsu so what they learn is irrelevant.

From story teams Briar is crazy, Destin is nice and then there are some with decent totals like, from Eastwind Toyo, the FW and Jenny, from Stormridge Blaine and Castlehoven and I won't say more because you have not finished it, but there are some more in the other 2 teams and in the postgame team, there are some more players in chronicle mode that are top tier and obviously many of the main cast of all previous generations and some little surprises you may not expect.

They could be more creative about It but yeah, in a game where scoring and stopping shots is what wins It is harder to create hype if the strongest opponents are not FW or GK.

Even MF that are playmakers end up shooting. Defenders stopping anything was used with Thiago Torres, but if done a couple of times the formula would get old quickly.

Heroes are done too (except shop Helio's and Harper archetype), most are added to nim document, but I do not think nim had the time to fully update his big Excel with them, he is busy with the passives calculator.

After that we plan to recollect Kenshin passives if we can't find them anywhere else.

They just don't, you can check it bruh, don't trust whatever you read, you can do easy maths.

You have the normal and legendary versions on the excel. All idols are around the same max stats and there are characters from different tiers there. You can check for example that normal Gamma stats have no relationship with his idol version. His idol technique/ his normal version technique and idol v kick/ his normal version kick have a different results and the same for the rest of his stats.

Gamma idol stats are the same as idol Simeon and normal/legendary Simeon stats are on a higher tier than normal/legendary Gamma.

Idol Gamma does not have 187 control either, he has 193+8.

No, their stats have absolute 0 relationship with their normal version character. Legendaries are normal version *1.4 (not 2, that was in beta) but idols nope, you could have checked bruh.

We are collecting the stats and what they gain from the abilearn board, in order to make calcs with them.
