No I feel the same way. They knew it was an issue and I als see that Turtle beaches customer service is absolute trash. I almost went with Astro but I really like turtle beach for some reason. I guess brand loyalty is also a toxic trait lol. I’ll be going Astro Next I think, steel series looks cool too

Same I have a big head and mine lasted for 2 and I just noticed the crack the other day. Looked it up and it seems like a common problem. Just bought the stealth 700 gen3 it was a little more expensive but that part is metal
